All services are intended to promote relaxation, personal wellbeing and spiritual exploration.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are complementary wellbeing services and are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat or claim to cure medical conditions.
Clients should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
Never discontinue prescribed medication or medical treatment without consulting your healthcare provider.
4. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee an appointment.
Bookings are confirmed only when Essentially Luna Holistic Hut provides confirmation.
5. Payments
Treatment prices will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
Any deposits and payment arrangements will be explained before booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
At Essentially Luna Holistic Hut, we understand that circumstances can change.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Cancellations should be made by emailing essentiallyluna3@gmail.com or calling 07545 771611.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a reasonable cancellation charge, where this has been agreed before booking.
If Essentially Luna Holistic Hut needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payment made.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
7. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing Essentially Luna Holistic Hut of relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medical devices or other circumstances that may affect their suitability for a treatment.
We reserve the right to postpone, modify or decline a treatment where there are reasonable health and safety concerns.
8. Sound Bath Participation
Sound baths involve instruments producing sounds and vibrations.
Some individuals may experience discomfort or sensitivity to certain sounds.
Participants should disclose relevant health concerns before attending and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Participants may stop or leave a session if they feel uncomfortable.
9. Oracle Card Readings
Oracle card readings are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration and entertainment.
Readings do not guarantee future outcomes and should not be relied upon for medical, financial or legal decisions.
10. Client Conduct
We aim to provide a calm, safe and respectful environment.
Clients are expected to treat practitioners and other participants respectfully.
We reserve the right to end a session if behaviour threatens the safety or wellbeing of others.
11. Liability
We take reasonable care when providing our services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Client information is treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal obligations.
